1. Damaged Delivery

 

If the shipping package is damaged upon delivery, do not accept the shipment.
Please ask the courier to prepare an official damage report and notify us immediately.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by email at:
info@microtonalguitar.org or by the email form on our website.

After your request, we will provide detailed return instructions.

3. Return Conditions

 

Before returning the product, you must provide clear photos and/or videos confirming that the product is in good condition.

Returned products must:

• Be sent in their original box and original packaging materials

• Be packaged exactly as received

• Include all parts, accessories, and contents

• Be unused, undamaged, and complete

If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused or a value reduction may apply.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

• In this case, a replacement product will be shipped within 1 month after confirmation.

 

If the issue concerns only an accessory or component, the faulty part will be replaced. If necessary, the defective part may be requested back.

• If the return is due to the right of withdrawal (no defect), the return shipping cost is covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refunds

 

For withdrawals without defect:

​

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned product or valid proof of return

• Refunds may be withheld until the product is received and inspected

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed

6. Non-Returnable Items (Legal Exceptions)

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Books

• Digital content (E-books)

• Fretlets

These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

​

7. Made-to-Order & Customized Instruments

​

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

​

The following products are considered made-to-order and customized and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable:

​

• Adjustable microtonal guitars built to order

• Customized necks

• Customized fretboards

• Any product manufactured or modified based on the customer’s specific technical or musical requirements

​

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.

 

In the event of a manufacturing defect:

​

• The issue will be repaired, or

• The defective part or product will be replaced.

​
